A short term child care agency, licensed by the Philippine government to care for children from birth through 5 years of age. Palm Haven is a place where families in crisis can place their children for temporary care until the family crisis no longer exists. Orphaned, abandoned and surrendered children are also accepted for temporary care until an adoptive family is found. All adoptions are accomplished through the Department of Social Welfare and Development, DSWD. International adoptions must be handled by the Intercountry Adoption Board, ICAB.
