Eight times a year the team of Ambassadors for Christ trainers leads In Service Training Seminars. Four Training seminars are held at the two AFC training centers, one located on the southern part of Mindanao in Davao City and the other is located on the Northern Shore of Mindanao in Butuan. 

 Students come from all over Mindanao Island for an intensive study of the Bible and church leadership principles as they prepare to plant and lead churches in their home towns. Following the seminars, students return home and share their new knowledge with others in their towns and churches.

 The In Service Training program consists of 30 separate seminars that are divided into five levels. Each level has six seminars with 70 hours of instruction each. New students enroll in Level 1 classes where they study foundational scriptures. At each seminar, classes are available for each of the five levels.

 In Service Trainees have planted (started) more than 400 churches on Mindanao!
